Tim Bretman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at PACE since November 2020. Prior to this, Tim worked at Roc Technologies as the Professional Services Director from October 2017 to August 2020. Tim was responsible for managing a team of over 300 consultants and successfully improved the company's net margin performance. Tim also co-founded and served as the Director of City Change Management from March 2008 to October 2017, where they led the company to revenue exceeding £12m, and oversaw the merger with Roc Technologies. Tim started their career at BAA in 1999 as a Programme Manager, and prior to that, they served as a Marine in the Royal Marines from January 1993 to July 1998.
Tim Bretman attended St Johns School Epping from 1982 to 1987. Tim then went on to study at Harlow College from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business/Commerce, General.
