Shivani Rana

Shivani Rana, PhD, is a Sales Development Specialist at PacBio since July 2022, previously serving as an Account Manager at Novogene Europe from January to June 2022. Shivani's extensive research experience includes positions at Uniklinik Köln, where responsibilities encompassed DNA/RNA extraction for Next Generation Sequencing, data assembly, and differential gene expression analysis using R, as well as extensive hands-on laboratory techniques. Prior to this, Shivani contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Delhi University, focusing on molecular genetics and linkage mapping. Educational credentials include a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from C.C.S. University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the same institution.
