Herman Corteza, MS, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Corporate Director of Community Integration Services at Pacific Clinics since April 2014, where oversight includes programs related to employment, health navigation, and benefits establishment aimed at facilitating client integration and recovery. Previously, Herman held the position of Program Director for the Health Navigation & Employment Services Program, focusing on performance goals and service delivery standards. With extensive experience in mental health services, including roles as Program Coordinator and Care Coordinator at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, Herman has demonstrated expertise in staff training, program compliance, and client support. Additional roles include Operations Coordinator at LETS Education Foundation and Community Capacity Consultant at Community Build WorkSource Center, contributing analytical and evaluative skills in various contexts. Herman holds a Master of Social Work from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from CSULA.
