Born and raised in Fiji, has over 20 years of professional experience in the Pacific, Asia and Africa focused on access to justice, legal aid, education, legal and economic empowerment of communities, women’s rights and gender equality, constitution-making, judicial administration, human rights, international trade law, agriculture, biosecurity, and pesticides.
