Zoe O'Donnell

Zoe O'Donnell currently serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Pacific Edge Ltd since January 2025. Previously, O'Donnell held multiple roles at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, including Global Total Rewards Consultant and People & Capability Business Partner, from April 2019 to February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at NHNZ, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, remuneration, and performance appraisal, as well as an HR Associate at Human Connections Group, focused on recruitment strategy. O'Donnell began a career in HR as a Recruitment Advisor at Southern DHB, where innovative recruitment solutions were implemented. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Otago and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Otago Polytechnic.
