Lars Kastrup has extensive experience in the shipping industry, having held senior positions at various renowned companies. Lars began their career at A.P. Moller - Maersk in 1980, where they served as Vice President for over 27 years. Lars then joined CMA CGM, serving as Senior Vice President from 2007 to 2016. Following their tenure at CMA CGM, they worked as President at APL from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Lars Kastrup held the position of Executive Vice President at CMA CGM. In 2020, they established their own consulting firm, LK Consulting Pte Ltd. Presently, Lars Kastrup is the Chief Executive Officer at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd, as well as the Co-President and Executive Director since 2021.
Lars Kastrup completed an Advanced Management Programme at The Wharton School in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Penn State University starting in 1989, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
