Alka Singh currently serves as the Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering for the Richland Section and holds the position of Senior Research Engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since October 2018. Alka previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University and as a Senior Associate Consultant at Infosys, where responsibilities included software development for British Telecom projects. Prior experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Alka Singh earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University Tri-Cities and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nagpur University. Early education was completed at KV Sec 8 RK Puram New Delhi.
