Jerry Cochran

Jerry Cochran currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Division Director at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, leading the Cybersecurity & DigitalOps division, which integrates cybersecurity and IT engineering functions. Previously, Jerry held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at PNNL, overseeing information security strategy and operations. Jerry's extensive experience includes roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in security engineering for Azure and Office 365, and cybersecurity consulting for top enterprises and government clients. With a career that began in the United States Air Force, culminating as Chief Master Sergeant, Jerry has also served on multiple advisory councils and boards to support regional startups and cybersecurity initiatives. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computer Science and an Associate of Science in Information Technology.
