Chris McGraw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career as a Lead Computer Technician at The Digital Cup in 2002 and held this position until 2008. During this time, they gained expertise in computer hardware and troubleshooting.
From 2004 to 2008, Chris had their own business as a Music Instructor, where they taught music to aspiring students.
In 2008, they joined HTG, Inc. as a Desktop Support Tech and worked in this role until 2010, providing technical support for computer systems.
Following this, Chris joined Atos in 2010 as an IT Coordinator, where they coordinated various IT activities until 2014.
In 2011, they began working for intrinsic media as an Original Music Composer/Sound Producer, composing and producing original soundtracks for independent films.
Chris then joined Pacific Office Automation in 2014 and had multiple roles within the company. Chris started as a Lead Backup and Disaster Recovery Engineer, where they designed and implemented backup and recovery solutions for business clients. In this role, they also led team efforts in disaster recovery scenarios and performed sales duties. Later, in 2016, they transitioned to the position of VoIP Engineer, focusing on VoIP system management. Finally, in 2019, they became a Network Engineer at Pacific Office Automation, where they currently work.
Chris McGraw attended Colony High School from 1997 to 2001. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2001 to 2003. During their education, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Additionally, Chris has obtained several certifications, including Mitel UC Support Engineer Tier 1 from Mitel in April 2019, Security+ from CompTIA in July 2017, Microsoft MTA: Networking Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2016, WatchGuard Fireware Essentials from WatchGuard Technologies in June 2016, and Datto Certified Advanced Technician from Datto, Inc. in December 2015.
