Jeremy Walk has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications, spanning over two decades. Jeremy began their career in 1996 as a User Service Specialist at Evangel University, where they were responsible for customer service issues and performed installations and troubleshooting of workstations and terminals. In 1998, they joined BellSouth as a Systems Technician, maintaining PBX, LAN, WAN, and IP telephony solutions for a large enterprise. This involved the correction and maintenance of Nortel PBX systems and BCM key systems across the Southern US, as well as managing connections to the local PSTN.

In 2001, Jeremy moved to AT&T as a Systems Technician, where they continued to maintain and support PBX, LAN, WAN, and IP telephony solutions. Jeremy then joined Charter Communications in 2009 as a Telephone Switch Engineer III, where they focused on maintaining telephone switch systems. Jeremy'srole involved troubleshooting and maintaining PBX systems, LAN, WAN, and IP telephony solutions. Jeremy stayed with Charter Communications until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Jeremy worked at Allstream as a Switch Systems Engineer II. In this role, they continued to specialize in telephone switch systems, ensuring their smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues that arose.

Most recently, Jeremy joined Pacific Office Automation in 2019 as a Cloud Voice Engineer / PM. Jeremy'sresponsibilities include being a Mitel Certified Installer and solving various VoIP problems. Jeremy has expertise in areas such as Unified Communication and Mobile Integration, PBX and Voicemail/IVR systems, virtual machines, DHCP, Linux, networking, project management, and customer relations.
