Omar Setka serves as the Director of Global Quality & Engineering at Pacific Rubber since February 2023, overseeing quality, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance on a global scale. Prior to this role, Omar held the position of Senior Manager of Global Quality & Engineering, where strategic direction was provided across multiple sites in California, Oregon, and Malaysia, utilizing Python for automating quality data analysis. Omar's previous experience at Calmax Technology included roles as Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer, where significant improvements in cost of quality and supplier interactions were achieved through automation and corrective action strategies. Omar's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree, both from San Jose State University.
