Mandy Major

Mandy Major is a seasoned professional in postpartum care and digital media, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at Pacify since May 2024, following the acquisition of Major Care™, a doula-led startup founded by Major. Prior to this, Major was a Postpartum Advisor for BabyCenter, where expertise was shared with millions of new and expectant parents. Additional roles include Postpartum Instructor at Motherly, Postpartum Expert at Philips Avent, and Perinatal Contributor at Healthline Media. Major's early career featured significant positions such as Digital Director at Active Interest Media and Editorial Director at Penguin Random House. Mandy Major holds a Master's degree in Arts & Culture from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Literature/Creative Writing from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
