Rick Straw has extensive work experience in the field of automation and operations management. Rick started their career in 1992 at Eli Lilly, where they held various roles including Associate Consultant and Automation Engineer. During their time at Eli Lilly, Rick worked on projects ranging from research and development to large-scale manufacturing, with project budgets ranging from $4 million to $40 million. Rick was also the lead automation engineer for a $4 million capital project. In 2003, Rick joined PACIV as the Vice President of Operations and Partner, and later became the President of the company in October 2017. In their current role, they oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, recruiting, sales, and new business prospects.
Rick Straw attended Purdue University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
