Their responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing performance of outsourced units spread across different states in India.
Prior to Diageo, Baskaran held various roles at Avery Dennison, Mondelēz International (formerly known as Cadbury India Ltd.), Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Asian Paints, and DCW Limited. Baskaran has managed operations, supply chain activities, and plant engineering in these companies, leading teams of employees and handling multiple product lines.
