Vijaykrishna Venkataraman

Vijaykrishna Venkataraman is an experienced data science consultant with a robust background in data analytics and credit bureau systems. Currently serving at Statinfer Software Solutions LLP since October 2016 and as a technical reviewer for Packt, Venkataraman has previously held prominent roles, including Senior Manager and Practice Lead at Relevantz, and Head of Data Analytics at Al Etihad Credit Bureau. Venkataraman played a key role in the successful establishment of the Oman Credit Bureau, overseeing a multi-million dollar re-platforming project and managing various strategic collaborations with financial institutions. With extensive experience at the Central Bank of Oman and D&B TransUnion, Venkataraman has contributed significantly to credit risk management and analytics, including designing consumer risk models and conducting training programs for banking professionals. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Financial Economics from Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Madras.
