Michael Pacholski has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of engineering. Michael started their career in 2013 at Joby Aviation, where they began as an unpaid intern but later became a full-time composite technician and engineering intern. Their responsibilities included working with pre-preg composite systems and utilizing CATIA to design molds and tooling for prototype airplane components.
In 2016, Pacholski joined Kaneohe Yacht Club as a sailing instructor, a position which they continue to hold.
In 2018, Pacholski became a Teacher Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, assisting with the heat transfer course in the mechanical engineering department. Their main responsibilities included grading weekly homework assignments. Michael held this position until May 2019.
