Doortje van der Laan

Doortje van der Laan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Doortje currently holds the position of Head of People at Pacmed, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Partner at Pacmed from November 2022 to December 2022.

From June 2020 to November 2022, Doortje served as the People & Culture Lead at Roamler. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Aviapartner from July 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they advised, supported, and assisted the Landside department, handling various HR matters such as recruitment, coaching managers, and process optimization.

Their earlier education includes their completion of Havo from De Breul, where they specialized in Economie en Maatschappij. This secondary school education lasted from 2003 to 2008. Furthermore, Doortje has obtained a certification in Projectmanagement from Projectmanagement training.nl in March 2022.
