Tom Van Nortwick is an experienced professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since January 2016. In this role, Tom leads a new product development team focused on foodservice channels, overseeing both full-time and contract engineering resources. Previous positions at Pactiv include Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer, where Tom managed product development phases from concept to commercialization. Prior experiences include roles at Innovative Plastech Inc. as a Design Engineer, Algus Packaging as a Machine Tooling Engineer, and Purdue University as a Lab Consultant. Tom holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University.
