Jamie Kotchik is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in customer service, office management, and accounting. Currently serving as an Administrative Support Specialist and previously as a Receptionist at PacTrust since July 2015, Jamie has effectively reorganized office processes to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as an Administrative Assistant at Totem Steel International from November 2006 to May 2015, where responsibilities included accounts payable support, coordinating management appointments, and maintaining filing systems. Jamie's early career at State Farm Insurance, starting in September 1996, involved client interactions, bookkeeping, and policy administration, contributing to increased policyholder retention. Jamie holds a high school diploma from Jesuit High School, with a focus on college preparatory studies.
