Sudarshan TS

Sudarshan TS has a diverse work experience starting from 2012 with Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer and later promoted as a Systems Engineer. Sudarshan was working on customizing and implementing TC9.1 software for an Inquiry to Order Process. At Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India from 2014 to 2021, they have played various roles such as Business Analyst, Senior Engineer, Scrum Master, and Assistant Manager. Sudarshan has facilitated multiple web application product teams to realize digital transformation potential and process Engineering Bill Of Materials across PLM Domain. Sudarshan also helped to develop and support a migration tool, which has optimized and reduced the migration time from 5 to 2 working days. In 2020, they volunteered as the Club President at RNTBCI Toastmasters Club. In 2021, they joined PipeCandy as the Member Of Technical Staff, where they helped build agility and products assisting the team to achieve the intended goal and progress. Currently, they are working for Pacvue as a Technical Program Manager, which began in 2023.

Sudarshan TS completed their high school education from St. Paul's English School between 2002-2006 and obtained their ICSE certification. Sudarshan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2008 to 2012. In 2019, they completed an Executive Post Graduate Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Later that year, they completed a program on Design Thinking from Stanford University. Sudarshan holds several certifications in various fields ranging from Business Simulation, Scrum, Certified ScrumMaster, Design Thinking, and Product Analytics, among others. In 2023, they completed a program on Product and Growth from GrowthX.
