Alec Sammon has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, they are a Principal Software Engineer at Paddle since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant CTO, providing expert guidance in September 2020. In 2020, they were also a Co-Founder at KWAIA. From 2009 to 2020, Alec held various positions at Blue Duck Education Ltd: Mangahigh.com, including CTO, Project Manager, and Developer. Alec began their career in 2005 at the University of Hertfordshire Students' Union, where they served as VP Comms and Media and Resident Assistant. Alec also worked as a Sales Consultant at Phones4U in 2004.
Alec Sammon attended Marling School in Stroud from 1996 to 2003, completing their high school education. Alec then enrolled at the University of Hertfordshire from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BEng degree in Automotive Engineering.
