Frednel Isma is an experienced professional in community development and private sector initiatives, currently serving as the Chief of Party for the Community Driven Development program at the Pan American Development Foundation since April 2019. With a strong background in project management and consulting, Frednel has led various initiatives in Haiti, including overseeing rural development projects worth over $70 million at the Inter-American Development Bank, where Frednel held the position of Private Sector Development Consultant and Team Leader. Additional roles include serving as a Country Director for 1000 Jobs/Haiti, where the focus was on empowering women and job creation, and consulting for The Salvation Army and JBS International. Frednel graduated with a Master's degree in International Affairs from Ohio University and has furthered expertise through a certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
