Tomas Rincon

Tomas Rincon is a skilled psychologist with extensive experience in mental health and psychosocial support, particularly for migrant populations. Currently serving at Fundación Panamericana para el Desarrollo since June 2022, Tomas has previously contributed to organizations such as Cruz Roja Panameña, where work focused on mental health for migrants, and the Ministerio de Salud, providing psychological support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
