Amber Guild

Amber Guild is an experienced professional in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Pagaya since June 2023. Prior roles include HR Operations, DEI, and People Operations at Hudson River Trading from April 2019 to January 2023, as well as a part-time Event Leader at Kidville from January 2016 to October 2019. Amber also held the position of Program Coordinator at Beginning with Children from January 2016 to April 2019 and was a Group Leader/High School Coach at Union Settlement in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
