Rotem Manit

Rotem Manit is a Senior Manager of Analytics at Pagaya, leading data analysis efforts in the New York office since October 2022. Previously, Rotem served as a Business Analyst at Moon Active and a Performance Analyst at Wix.com. Earlier experience includes the role of PMO & BI Developer at Simple LTD and leadership as Chairman of forum 20-80, an independent organization at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev aimed at enhancing student experiences and industry connections. Rotem's military background includes serving as a Combat Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, overseeing over 120 soldiers and participating in Operation Protective Edge. Rotem holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2019.
