Sam Han

Sam Han, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Reporting at Pagaya since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sam was the Director of Investment Accounting at Reliance Matrix from December 2023 to January 2025. Sam's financial expertise was further honed at Prudential Financial, where key positions included Strategic Financial Advisory & Controls Team Manager and Financial Reporting Manager from March 2020 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at EY from May 2019 to March 2020 and at Deloitte from October 2012 to June 2018. Sam began a professional journey in the Republic of Korea Army, serving as a Sergeant from June 2008 to April 2010. Educational achievements include a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
