Beatriz Clavero

Beatriz Clavero currently serves as the Head of People & Culture - Business Partnering SSC at PageGroup since March 2023, previously holding the position of Senior People & Culture Manager. Prior to this, Beatriz spent nearly five years at Sakura Finetek Europe B.V. as Team Leader HR Business Partners EMEA. Beatriz's extensive experience in HR began at Exact, where a role as Senior HR Business Partner EMEA spanned eight years. Earlier career milestones include key positions at NTRGlobal, overseeing the creation of its Human Resources department, and leading European recruitment at ACS. Initial HR experience was gained as an HR Generalist at NRG Group Spain. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a degree from the University of Girona.
