Jodie Franklin

Jodie Franklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and leadership training. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Leadership Development for the UK and MEA at PageGroup since June 2014, Jodie has held various roles within the organization, demonstrating a commitment to fostering managerial excellence and strategic learning initiatives. Prior to this, Jodie served as a Senior Talent Development Manager at ITHR Group plc and held training positions at Randstad CPE and Hays, delivering comprehensive training programs across multiple sectors. Jodie's career began as an SAP Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Associates, leading a team in the Midlands before transitioning into training and development. Jodie holds a degree in Ancient History and Archaeology with Greek & Latin languages from the University of Warwick.
