Sheri Hughes

Sheri Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership. Currently serving as the Global Inclusive Culture & Social Impact Director at PageGroup since December 2013, Sheri oversees the DEI and Social Impact agenda for over 8,000 employees across six regions. Sheri has notably played a pivotal role in earning PageGroup recognition in The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality and as a RIDI Winner in December 2023. Prior roles include UK & MEA DE&I Director, UK DE&I Director, and Associate Director for OpenPage, all focusing on fostering inclusive cultures and supporting clients' DEI strategies. Earlier experience includes managing teams at Michael Page Sales and a role as Territory Manager at ConvaTec. Sheri holds a degree in Chemistry with French from The University of Manchester and has furthered professional education at the CIPD School.
