Kate Scott

Kate Scott is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at PageUp since August 2019, Kate has previously held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner across various companies, focusing on the Insurance, Not for Profit, and Automotive industries. Prior experience at Specsavers included HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator roles, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy review for multiple teams. With foundational experience as a Human Resources Officer at BIC and earlier positions in customer service and administration, Kate holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management, alongside multiple degrees in the field from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Curtin University.
