Nisha Parshotam

Nisha Parshotam has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. Nisha currently works at PageUp as a Sales Support Coordinator, providing general operational support to the Sales Team, processing sales tenders and contracts, and serving as a Salesforce Superuser for the Global Sales Team.

Prior to this role, Nisha worked at Maxxia Pty Ltd from 2020 to 2021 as a Sales Support and Settlements Coordinator. In this role, they supported Leasing Consultants in achieving their sales targets by handling credit approval, generating lease documents, and coordinating settlements. Nisha also served as a single point of contact for clients throughout the settlement process.

From 2007 to 2020, Nisha held various positions at Sensis. Nisha started as a Contract Verification Specialist and then became an Advertising Data Specialist. From 1997 to 2002, Nisha worked at the University of the Witwatersrand in various roles within the Human Resources department. Nisha started as a Personnel Officer - Academic, then became a Personnel Officer for Support Services, and eventually served as a Human Resources Officer for the Faculty of Science. Their duties included recruiting for all positions, advising department heads on staffing matters, and handling personnel-related administrative tasks.

Nisha Parshotam completed their education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the University of Natal. In 1992 to 1994, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from the University of Natal. Later, in 1995, they earned a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. In the following year, they pursued their Honours in Social Science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Additionally, Nisha obtained two certifications: "Acing Your Interview" in June 2018 and "Overcoming Your Fear of Public Speaking" in March 2018, both from LinkedIn.
