Tessa Wakeling has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Tessa started their career as a Receptionist/Administration at OCV Management Pty Ltd in 2012 and later became an Assistant Property Manager. Tessa then moved on to work as an HR Coordinator at Prestige Inhome Care while completing their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In 2018, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Officer (Contract Role) at MYER, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment across a large retail portfolio. Following that, they joined David Jones as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading recruitment for the company's Newmarket store in Auckland. Tessa'smost recent role is as a Customer Success Manager at PageUp, starting in 2020. Throughout their career, Tessa has gained valuable experience in recruitment, human resources, and customer success.
Tessa Wakeling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from RMIT University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Our Ladies of Mercy College from 2003 to 2008, where they completed their Victorian Certificate of Education. Tessa also holds additional certifications like a Certificate III in Business Administration from APTI, obtained in 2012, and a Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) from Box Hill Institute, obtained in 2007.
