George Shaikovski

George Shaikovski is a Senior AI Research Engineer at Paige since December 2020, specializing in self-supervised learning and vision-language modeling for pathology through the development of the PRISM model in collaboration with Microsoft Research. Prior to this role, George served as a Software Engineer at Kaluza, focusing on optimization algorithms for energy efficiency, and at The Mobility House, where George led the redesign of smart charging algorithms for electric vehicle fleets. Earlier experience includes developing control systems at KE-TEC GmbH and a master thesis project on battery storage systems at Daimler AG. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
