Jose la Rosa

Jose La Rosa currently serves as the Director of Professional Services and Practice Lead at PairSoft since July 2022, where responsibilities include producing critical reports and delivering innovative solutions for the Blackbaud CRM product while leading a team of developers and a business analyst. Prior to this role, Jose held multiple positions at the University of Miami from 1998 to 2022, including Director of Application Development and Director of Business Intelligence and Application Development for Advancement Systems Services, during which significant achievements included overseeing the upgrade from Raisers Edge 7 and managing the migration of a legacy system to the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge fundraising solution. Jose La Rosa earned an MS in Computer Information Systems and a BS in Economics from the University of Miami, along with an additional MS in Computer Information Systems.
