Matthew Leanza started their work experience as a Business Development Associate at NIP Group, Inc. in May 2013. Matthew was then promoted to Business Development Manager in January 2015 and became responsible for supervising a team of 7 representatives and meeting monthly production goals. In September 2017, they became the Director of Business Development and held this position until March 2022.
In March 2022, Matthew joined Swiss Re as the Vice President and Distribution Manager for Standard Propositions. Matthew held this position until June 2023.
Currently, Matthew is working as the Head of Business Development at Upfort, starting from June 2023.
