Destiny Henze

Destiny Henze is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition at Paladin Security Group Ltd since January 2024, Destiny has previously held various roles at Paladin Security Group Ltd over an eleven-year span, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at CadMakers and Human Resources Advisor - Recruitment at the City of Burnaby. Destiny began a career in human resources with earlier roles such as Strategic Staffing Coordinator and HR Administrator at Paladin Security Group Ltd, as well as Inside Sales at Anipet Animal Supplies. A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Destiny holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
