Karan Singh Thakur

Karan Singh Thakur is a Systems Support Team Lead at Paladin Technologies since April 2022, responsible for leading a support team and managing the ITSM JIRA system for IT support across North America. Previously, Karan served as a Technical Specialist at F12.net for a brief period, focusing on client solutions, and held multiple roles at Sherweb, including M365 Enterprise Technical Advisor III, providing support for Apple devices and cloud services.
