Octavian Iordache

Octavian Iordache has extensive experience in cyber security, currently leading the Cyber Security Practice in Business Development at Palantir Technologies since September 2019, focusing on client engagements and enhancing cyber capabilities. As a Principal Security Consultant, Octavian specializes in product integration, cybersecurity workflows, and aligning development teams with customer requirements. Additionally, Octavian has served as a Knowledge Expert/Evaluator for the European Commission since 2015, assessing proposals related to digital forensics and incident response. Prior to Palantir, Octavian held multiple roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2013 to 2019, including Threat Intelligence Lead and Senior Security Engineer, where responsibilities included security monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response. Octavian's education includes a Master's degree from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by earlier studies in Information Technology.
