Anna Demesheva is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Palazzo Versace Dubai since July 2025. Prior to this role, Anna worked at Atlantis Resorts as Assistant Operations Manager for Atlantis The Royal from January 2024 to July 2025 and held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from October 2021 to January 2024, specializing in Hell’s Kitchen Restaurant and In Room Dining. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Outlet Manager at Jumeirah Group and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where responsibilities spanned various dining services. Anna began a career in the industry at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, advancing through several In Room Dining positions while also participating in FIFA World Cup 2018 as a task force member.
