Joshua DeAngelis is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Talent at Palette MGMT, leading a team of managers to foster the growth of new media talent. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Project Manager at First Access Entertainment, a Tour Manager for LION BABE, and held various roles at Roc Nation. With a Master's degree in Sports Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University, Joshua has a strong background in management, marketing, and operations within the entertainment and sports industries.
