Dan is Pan-American Life’s Executive Vice President – International Markets and in this role he oversees all of our Latin American and Caribbean operations, thus directing our complete international footprint.
Dan spent over 30 years with American International Group (AIG) and AIA Group, notably serving as President and CEO of AIA International - Korea, a company with over 3 million policies, $2 billion in total annual premium, and $180 million in operating profit after tax (OPAT). Prior to that role, Dan was Senior Vice President and global head of the Individual Life and Accident and Health Profit Center for American Life Insurance Company (Alico) where he was responsible for the profitable growth of Alico’s Individual products in over 50 countries. He also developed a holistic operating model to seamlessly integrate product, marketing, distribution and product development for Alico.
