Shawn Henshall

Shawn Henshall is an accomplished executive in product management with extensive experience in developing complex operational software for various industries, including Telecommunications, Media, Energy, Finance, Insurance, and Automotive. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Innovation at Palladin Technologies since January 2025, Shawn previously held significant roles such as Executive Vice President of Products and Architecture at IdeaHelix, Inc., and Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce following the Vlocity acquisition. With a strong foundation rooted in technology, Shawn's career includes leadership positions in organizations like Vlocity, Sigma Systems, Quickplay Media, Oracle Corporation, and MetaSolv Software. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Computing and Information Science with a focus on VLSI and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Information Science and Economics from the University of Guelph.
