Kate Lehman is a Partner at Palladium Heritage, a private equity firm focused on investing in and growing middle market companies. Kate has been with Palladium since 2001 and has been actively involved in Lincolnshire's investment in and a former Member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: The Alaska Club, True Temper, PADI, Fabbri, 3SI Security Systems, Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Prince Sports, Nursery Supplies, and Desch-Summit Group. Prior to joining Palladium, Kate worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities from August 1997 to September 2000.
Kate Lehman has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Kate also has a certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in Board Leadership Fellow.
Kate Lehman reports to Marcos A. Rodriguez, Chairman & CEO. They work with Kathy Gardner - VP, Human Resources, Chris Allen - Partner, and Ilan Szekely - VP.
