Rajpreet Kaur

Rajpreet Kaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project operations, administration, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Project Operations at Palladium since February 2013, Rajpreet has contributed significantly to DFID funded programs in Kathmandu and Bangladesh, focusing on financial operations and business development. Previous roles include Administrative Officer at IntraHealth International, where responsibilities encompassed office administration and project budgeting, and Program Support Officer at International Development Enterprises (India), providing essential administrative support. Early career experience includes serving as HR Coordinator at CARE, managing onboarding and employee records. Rajpreet holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights and a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science from Utkal University.
