Darren Cerullo

Darren Cerullo is an experienced educator currently serving as a Grade 3 ELA Teacher at Beacon Cove Intermediate School within The School District of Palm Beach County since August 2025. In addition to this role, Darren Cerullo contributes as a Content Editor for LearningMate and as a Content Contributor for Newsela, both starting in May 2023. Prior experience includes a history curriculum alignment contractor for Study.com, content writing for Elevate K-12 and Concord Data, and teaching social studies at various educational institutions, including Palm Beach County School District and Everett Public Schools. Darren Cerullo also held positions as Dean of Students and History Department Chair at Pioneer Charter School of Science, and worked as a Consumer Counselor for Citizens. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Rhode Island.
