Angela Zhou is an experienced Ecologist and Project Manager at Palmer since September 2019, with prior roles as a Terrestrial Biologist at Morrison Hershfield and a Wildlife Biologist at EXP. Significant contributions include supporting large-scale infrastructure projects, conducting extensive breeding bird surveys, and engaging with various environmental organizations.
