Chi Cheng (Dennis) Tseng serves as the Principal Geotechnical Engineer at Palmer since February 2018, managing the Geotechnical Division and overseeing various geotechnical projects, including watermain, sewer, and pumping stations. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at WSP in Canada (2010-2018), where Chi Cheng contributed to major projects across water systems and urban infrastructure. Previous roles included responsibilities at Continental Engineering Corporation, MAA Group Consulting Engineering, Join Engineering Consultants, and Sinotech Engineering Consultants, encompassing geotechnical design, project evaluation, and construction oversight. Chi Cheng holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
