Ted Pan, P.Eng. is a skilled Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience gained at Palmer since April 2018 and previously as a Project Engineer at GeoPro Consulting Limited from September 2015 to August 2017. Ted Pan holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Toronto between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering earned from the University of Toronto from 2009 to 2015.
