Rhy Waddington is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary and Events and Executive Chef at Palmetto Bluff since December 2021, Rhy previously held the position of Executive Chef at Winged Foot Golf Club for over 12 years, where Rhy also served as Executive Sous Chef. Early culinary leadership roles include Executive Chef at Bondi Bar and Kitchen and Executive Chef/Owner at Waddingtons At Kergunyah. Rhy earned a culinary arts degree in hospitality from Gordon College Geelong between 1995 and 1999.
