OJO FISAYO

Ojo Fisayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, IT, and customer service within various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Retriever Operation and Agent Supervisor at PalmPay since February 2021, Ojo has previously worked at OMI Travel from September 2018 to February 2022 as an I.T/Reservation and Ticketing Officer, where responsibilities included booking travel arrangements and assisting clients with reservations. Prior to that, Ojo held the position of Data Entry Officer at Fabor Family Nigeria Limited from January 2017 to July 2018, focusing on database management and data accuracy. Ojo's career began at Galaxy Television, where between June 2013 and September 2016, responsibilities included web analysis and traffic monitoring. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science from Lead City University, complemented by a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from Rufu Giwa Polytechnic.
